Ausstellung / Exhibition

Im Rahmen der Ausstellung LIGHT UP GÖRLITZ 2021 wollen wir ein möglichst breites Spektrum an Arbeiten aus dem Bereich Light Painting zeigen. Die Bilder werden auf großen Monitoren und mit Projektoren präsentiert. Wir freuen uns auf Deine Einreichung von maximal 3 Bildern.

Teilnahmebedingungen:

- Deine Bilder sind während einer einzelnen Langzeitbelichtung aufgenommen. Anpassungen während des RAW-Processings wie Schnitt, Kontrast, Helligkeit, Weißabgleich u.ä sowie Live Composite in der Kamera sind zulässig. Composings, Montagen am Computer, Änderung der Bildkomposition in der Bildbearbeitung sowie das Editieren einzelner Bildbereiche sind nicht zugelassen.

- Du hast Deine Bilder mit bewegtem Licht bzw. durch choreografierte Bewegungen der Kamera umgesetzt. Deine Bilder sind also eindeutig dem Light Painting zuzuordnen.

- Die Bilder haben eine gute technische Qualität und lassen eine Darstellung in großem Format zu.

- Zweckmäßigerweise sollten die Bilder im Querformat sein. Bei genügend Einreichungen im Hochformat werden wir allerdings mindestens einen der Monitore hochkant aufhängen.

- Du bist der Urheber der eingereichten Bilder. Rechte Dritter an den Bildern bestehen nicht.

- Die Auflösung der Bilder beträgt min. 2400 Pixel in der Breite. Die Dateien sollten nicht größer als 5MB sein. Zulässige Dateiformate sind .jpg, .png oder .tif. Anpassungen werden durch uns nicht vorgenommen, abgesehen von einem Rahmen am unteren Bildrand mit Namen des Künstlers und Bildtitel.

- Die Bilder enthalten kein Logo.

- Die Einreichung erfolgt per E-Mail an sven@lichtkunstfoto.de. Die Betreffzeile lautet: "Einreichung Light Up Görlitz". Im Text der E-Mail nennst Du bitte den Titel des Bildes sowie den Namen des Künstlers. Diese Informationen werden genau so unter dem Bild angezeigt. Bitte schicke jedes Deiner 3 Bilder in einer separaten E-Mail.

- Alle Einreichungen, die diese Anforderungen nicht erfüllen werden ohne Hinweis gelöscht.

- Einreichungsschluss ist der 01.08.2021.

Nach dem 01.08.2021 werden die Bilder von erfahrenen Light Paintern kuratiert.

In the exhibition, we want to show as broad a spectrum as possible of works of Light Painting. The pictures will be presented on large monitors and projectors. We are looking forward to your submission of a maximum of 3 pictures.

Conditions of participation:

- Your pictures were taken during a single long exposure. Adjustments during RAW processing such as crop, contrast, brightness, white balance etc. as well as live composite done in the camera are permitted. Composings done on the computer, changing the composition of the image in post-processing, or spot-editing are not allowed.

- You have taken your pictures with moving light or choreographed movements of the camera. Your pictures are therefore clearly assigned to Light Painting.

- The pictures have a good technical quality and allow a representation in large format.

- The pictures should be in landscape format. If there are enough submissions in portrait format, we will mount at least one of the monitors upright.

- You are the author of the submitted pictures. Third party rights to the pictures do not exist.

- The resolution of the pictures is at least 2400 pixels in width. The files should not be larger than 5MB. Permissible file formats are .jpg, .png or .tif. Adjustments will not be made by us, except for a frame at the bottom of the picture with the name of the artist and the title of the picture.

- The images do not contain a logo.

- The submission must be made by e-mail to sven@lichtkunstfoto.de. The subject line is: "Submission Light Up Görlitz". In the text of the e-mail please state the title of the picture and the name of the artist. This information will be displayed below the image. Please send each of your 3 pictures in a separate e-mail.

- All submissions that do not meet these requirements will be deleted without notice.

- Deadline for submissions is 01.08.2021.

After 01.08.2021 the pictures will be curated by experienced light painters.
